Quick Win
Resurrect a Meeting

Find your notes from a recent meeting — the messier, the better the demonstration. Run the core prompt: clean minutes, the standard sections, the don't-invent clause.

Read what comes back and check it against your memory. Note both halves of the experience: how much structure appeared in ninety seconds, and what landed in Open Questions. That second list is the tool being honest about your notes — and it's tomorrow's better note-taking guide, free of charge.

Prompt Pack: Notes, Minutes, and Follow-Ups

Routine content only in public tools; sensitive meetings stay in approved internal assistants. The don't-invent clause rides along in every prompt here — leave it in.
8.1The Minutes Machine

Turn these rough notes into formal minutes. Sections: Attendees, Decisions, Discussion Summary, Action Items (owner, due date), Open Questions. Don't invent or assume — anything ambiguous goes under Open Questions. Notes: [PASTE NOTES].

8.2The Action Extractor

From these notes/minutes, extract only the action items as a table: Task, Owner, Due Date, Status (blank). Flag any task missing an owner or date with ⚠️. [PASTE]

8.3The Recap Email

Write the attendee recap email from these minutes: two-line summary, bulleted action items with owners bolded, a 'reply by [DAY] with corrections' line. Under 150 words, friendly-professional, subject line starting 'Recap:'. [PASTE]

8.4The Executive Verdict

From the same notes, write a three-sentence summary for a senior executive who wasn't there: what was decided, what it changes or costs, what (if anything) needs their attention. No preamble.

8.5The Reconstructor

I ran a meeting and couldn't take proper notes. Here's everything I remember, unordered: [BRAIN DUMP]. Organize into draft minutes, and create a 'Please Confirm' list of the gaps — phrased as questions I can send to attendees.

8.6The Agenda Flywheel

Based on these minutes, draft the agenda for the follow-up meeting: open questions and overdue actions first, then new topics [LIST IF ANY], with time allocations for a [LENGTH]-minute slot. [PASTE]

8.7The Transcript Tamer

Here is a transcript excerpt from a routine, non-sensitive meeting (recorded with consent and per policy). Produce: (1) minutes in my standard sections, (2) the action table, (3) the recap email. Don't invent; ambiguities go to Open Questions. [PASTE]
